Attributes its 121 percent revenue growth to smart people and innovative solutions

Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in annual revenues from 2001-2003.

To qualify for the 2004 Hot Growth Award, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $1,000,000, in operation a minimum of three years, and must be public or private companies headquartered in Arizona. Proof of impressive revenue and employee growth were the main factors considered. Factors such as: innovative business models, employee-centered corporate culture, savvy marketing and breakthrough technologies were also a consideration.
